Shipping Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Mama Lama Sweets will gladly offer an exchange for the same item or value of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if item is damaged and full refund will be given. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Exchanges and returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Any SALE item will not be accepted for return or exchanges!

Mama Lama Sweets has the right to refuse any returns/exchanges.

​All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Main shipping carrier will be USPS. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but in the event that there is a delay, Mama Lama Sweets will reach out personally.

 
CURBSIDE PICKUPS

Will be previously arranged between the customer and Mama Lama Sweets. An email will be sent when order is ready for pick up.

We gladly accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Venmo is only accepted through Instragram.
